Meet Hearten Workers’ Compensation Program’s Newest Member – Intercommunity Action!
Intercommunity Action (Interact) is a non-profit organization serving the Philadelphia community with aging, behavioral health and intellectual and developmental disabilities services. Journey’s Way, the division that serves older adults, provides programs for active adults ages 55+, housing counseling, affordable housing for adults aged 62 and over, geriatric mental health, and assisted services that allow frailer individuals to age-in-place. Behavioral Health Services are coordinated through Greenridge Counseling Center, which serves children and adults in a variety of outpatient, home, school, and community based settings, and their services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, include community residential living arrangements and supportive employment services.
By becoming a member of the Hearten Workers’ Compensation Program, Interact is taking a more collaborative and proactive approach towards insuring their workers’ compensation exposures. Membership in the Hearten program offers Interact the ability to access exclusivepricing/rates and an array of resources, enabling them to better protect their workforce, serve their clients, and further their mission. Hearten members enjoy industry-leading, proactive claims and risk management services, fostering mutual success in a competitive marketplace.
At Hearten Workers’ Compensation Captive, we are committed to forging strong relationships amongst our members and equipping them with the tools needed to further their mission. We welcome Intercommunity Action to Hearten and look forward to working together to achieve our shared goals.
